When I first saw Dr. Lawson in 2006, I was seeing a physiotherapist, a massage therapist and a chiropractor for my neck and shoulder pain. I found Dr. Lawson to be both passionate and knowledgeable about jaw dysfunction and, after consultation, went ahead with his treatment plan. It took less than 48 hours from the very first appliance to completely eradicate my pain and once that portion was completed, I also chose to have braces to permanently move my teeth to support the new jaw position. Five years later, Dr. Lawson is now in the midst of providing orthodontic service for both of my daughters, once of whom has autism and absolutely loves him, and he continues to monitor my jaw health – all completely included in the original flat rate fee. The insurance industry is flat out stupid for not recognizing this valuable treatment option, but that has nothing to do with Dr. Lawson’s very capable and smart treatment. Winnipeg very lucky to have him spearheading this type of treatment.
